    I was actually told that some military vehicle do share same motor oil, transmission fluid, ps fluid, axle fluid, etc..... So they would only have to carry one kind of fluid into battlefield.. Not sure any truth to it..

    My 1990 W250 with Cummins diesel had a 70 out back a 60 up front with 3.08 gears and a NP205 Xcase... Beast.. Sure wish I still had that truck...

    I'm having to rebuild the tranny in my 97 Ram 1500 4x4.. The infamous 46re.. Is there any upgrades I can do to this to make it any better? I've never heard a good thing about theses transmissions...:wack:

    Glad I could help...Most of the time you can just search around on here a little and find the info you need.. Like the diagrams I posted I first found them on here... BTW Nice looking car interesting dash (instrument cluster) not sure I have seen one like that before any other pics???

    Yes on the 8 1/4.... What did it come out of ???? The ratio could be stamped on the ring gear.. If not you will have to count the teeth and do some math...Oh yeah love the pic... :headbang:

    A bunch of em... No rhyme or reason to what they put them in.. I'm not sure if they put them in /6 cars though.. But they did put 7 1/4 in V-8 cars..
