    Mancini has 1.6 rockers arms for the small block. They are manufactured by Harland Sharp and are bronze bushed with a roller tip. On sale now for $405 which include the rocker shaft hold downs.

    Thanks for all the reply and PM's No fear of Mallory metal, just a cost thing, and yes we plan using a Scat Pro Comp I beam rod at 569 grams. As for the Eagle crank mentioned above, we were aware of that option along with the Scat 9000 series crank that will balance internally.

    Now that is pure B.S. I used 2 bolt blocks in the Super Stocker, Super Gas and fast Bracket cars with no failures. Insure the cap registers are tight, install a stud kit and line hone the block after installing the studs and you should be good to go.
