    Original?? really??....

I agree to point. Remember back then cars were just new cars at the time. Now with mostl likely less than 50% left of cars left and we now have HISTORIC value added in, it changes everything. It is not 1968 anymore. Those cars were just like a new GT500 Mustang that Roush or Saleen took and...

    Original?? really??....

Back in the day is different than today. Yes I do agree that back then they were just cars, and people did what they did, totally fine by me. A car that was modded on Day 1, day 2, etc, should be restored that way. That is preserving the heritage of why these cars are so great to us in the...

    Original?? really??....

Yes, I do....Thanks for clarifying. That is why I asked.:D I love people who throw those words around yet have no idea how to actually match numbers. I used to authenticate quite a few cars when I had my shop, some mopars, but mostly GM.

    Original?? really??....

I feel that certain cars do have historic value. Take a low option car and do what you want. For the sake of history, keep rare, one off cars as they were. I just dont like seeing a car that has significant historic value either butchered or just plain not thought about as anything other...

    Original?? really??....

It is really just depressing when people take a very rare possibly highly optioned car and devalue it. Same goes for all brands of cars. Its like taking an AAR and pro touring it.

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/5158367525.html I really hate when people sell a car that they don't really know $&%* about. 1967 Formula S 383 car, was a rare car til they *##@#$ it up.. -#'s matching? Believe it when I see it. Do you know how many 67-69 383 blocks did not get...

    1968 or not?

I know for a fact that 68's have the shipping order number stamped in the rad support, not the vin. 69's should be vin since the fender tags and stamps changed in 69.

    1968 or not?

All 3 years of 2nd gen barracudas had a 1 year only tail light/trunk trim combo. 68 hasa very unique tail light/reverse light combo. 67 and 69 both had reverse lights on the lower valance.

    1967-69 Registry

I remember looking up mine and it was built Tuesday July 11, 1968 at Hamtramck. That was the last week before they shut down for retooling for 1969. I also met a guy at a car show who's cuda was built on the same day, same plant, 7 behind mine...what a coincidence!

    1970 Plymouth Cuda at auction.

Just to keep the playing field fair, Yenko's were actually cheaper than Hemicudas, running about $4300 decently equipped. ZL-1's were priced at about $7200....even so, $4300 or $7200 was alot of money back then. Even so, if I had the cash I would buy it too....The color is PERFECT.

Remanfactured kelsey hayes piston calipers 65-72

And you expect quality for cheaper than 63 bucks?....I will say that not all rebuilt calipers work well that are over the counter. That comes from experience of doing MANY changeouts. I have a guy near me rebuilds/resleeves mine.
