Make sure the brushes aren't grounding out on the housing. Had brand new alternator missing the insulator washers under the bolts that hold brush housings in case

I just picked up a reproduction turn signal switch for my 67. Got it off eBay. Nice firm engagement when you hit the switch. Sounds dumb but it feels nice and new.

i was able to reuse my ignition plug. i carefully removed the old connectors and used new terminal connectors from ron francis and installed. worked like a charm. I made my life easy and used the gm headlight and dimmer switch. once installed you cant even tell.

no way your gonna get new. i guess your only option is to find a good harness on a junk yard car. or take yours out and rebuild it. you can find the schematics on line.

If your asking about the carbon fiber mounts I made those. The fuse block is a universal kit from painless.

sorry bout the crappy pics. the fuse box is mounted under the dash above the driver side kick panel. the mount with the starter relay, voltage reg. and junction blocks is above the passenger kick panel. the msd box and coil is on inside of firewall above passenger foot well.
