Well I just cleaned my 3 row rad and its ready for high temp paint.Is it good or bad to paint the fins and coolant tubs.I have in the past and always thought that maybe the paint is keeping the heat for geting out some.never had any issues of overheating this is just a thought.What have you guys...

Just got my used alun intake for the Dart and found that one bolt for the themostat is strip I can tighten it up but the bolt goes down far and only about 4 threads holding it tight,is that ok.the intake is off should I take it to a machine shop to have them install a heli-coil.or can I do that...

my water pump that I removed last fall looks like it was not to old looking.So my question is do you think it would still be good to use.could the seal dry out and leak.has anyone ever reuse there old pump after it has been sitting.Thanks.:cheers:
