The old steering wheel wasn't in the best condition. Some filler and sanding really smoth it out. Paint in two layers and a shot of clear coat and time for assembly. Turned out ok.

Check against second picture in my latest post. I need a better emergency brake set up. How much?Got a bunch of wiring harness terminals - both male and female.
Were you asking about the exterior stainless trim? I have several mostly complete sets.
what’s stuck about the emergency brake mechanism? Is it the handle assembly or something else. I have pretty much a complete setup

Yes, on the floor pans only. That will take away the vibrations.Ulf. Very Nice Work. Will you be installing Sound deadening? I installed this material in both my 66 and my 65 Darts. Made a big difference. Sgrip65.
I'm interested! If your heater core is leaking, how about a NOS core I have?
I'm interested!
I do use a screw driver to remove the clips from the box. The problem I usually have is getting the clips back on without wrecking the box. There is a very thin edge that holds the clips in place and putting them back on very carefully and taking your time is the key.
Are you buying a rebuild kit or just cleaning the box up and putting it back together?
