Heater installed and leak checked. Visors done just need the end clips I have some originals coming to make accurate models and they will be available on Shapeways next month. Only thing left is on order, 2” flexible duct for the defrosters, hangers to hang 67 GTX exhaust tips for the exhaust, visor tips and washer hose/“T”. After that mount the mirror, deal with the tailgate chains install the license plate lights.

Baby step mode. Got the OER wiper blades and visor tips. Vintage Air 2” defroster hose fits perfectly. A Body tip hangers ready to get installed tomorrow along with the defroster hose. Polished the sill trim and installed it. Thank George Bittle for sending me samples of early and late visor clips. They are all modeled up and ready to get uploaded to Shapeways to get a first article printed but of course the site is down.

Custom Exhaust and Lunch day. Jones mufflers and '67 GTX tips for that custom classic Mopar look. First time in a metro area and it did great. Turns out the guy that did the exhaust I worked with at the Cadillac dealer in Tucson back in the 1980s for 5 years! Fun to remember old times.... Oh and his wife bought the '66 for a project that I have!!! I am out of the A100 business for better or worse.

It turned out really nice Jim. So, you already had this one sold to someone else....and Mrs. Exhaust lady bought the other one you have? Now that you've recovered your investment and maybe made $3....what's next? I don't think you've done an E body? LOL

I don't like E bodies unfortunately.

Assembly boo-boos fixed and the final buffing and wax... just a few details on the interior to finish once the parts get here.

Jim it looks marvelous !
One thing to add , get a mountain bike inner tube and slip it over those paint eating tailgate chains.
Ya I know it didn’t leave the factory with chain covers BUT it also didn’t have a show quality paint job either .

The chains do not touch the paint.
