Retired at 51. Pulls out a vintage Hemi '69 Abody?

I'm so jealous I have to go drink beer now.

 Next I need to win the lottery.............
They say money is root of all evil? What better way to purge evil from all your surroundings than into your car?

@tinman2 , you’re not too far from where that car is headed for work. I hope you get the opportunity to check it out in person…
That would be nice but I'm already overloaded with projects. First, I'm trying to get my brother-in-law's Duster back together.

I'm wondering if the factory cross ram is an indication that it's an original Race Hemi in there.
I tried to get the numbers on the block but it is covered too much by the header. The flat pad on the front seems to be smooth. I can't make out anything and even used a piece of sandpaper to see if any numbers would come up. We will know soon enough..........motor is coming out Monday.

I will be coming down to Concord on Sunday and we will start pulling the motor Monday. The car will stay with Sean while everything is being gone through.

We will be sure to document everything and I will take a ton of pictures and be posting everything here.
So, in June I will be coming down that way to hang with Herb McCandless for a day or so. Would be cool if you were in the same neck of the woods, I'd stop by

I’m right there with you, everything I’ve got has gotten into a state of “project creep” as of late.
