Mostly all wired. Lot's of bundling, taping and stowing to do. Still have to splice in the door switches and fender turn signal indicators.

Progress. Wiper circuit gave me a fit. As has been said many times here. Ground's on the switch and the motor are very important. Don't forget it. Haha

Missing one horn. Which wasn't a walk in the park. Had to disassemble the button and wire wheel everything.
And oh yeah one more helpful hint. If your wiper washer button shocks you, it's not grounded good enough. LOL

Oh yeah I got a good news phone call today. My heater box is all finished up by Richie the heater box guy. Will be meeting me in Carlisle!

Yes I cheated, and sent it off. That was something I had no interest in screwing with. Maybe one day.

Why you need a heater? You never gonna use it unless you come up north to see me! Haha

So the checklist. Help me if I miss something.

X Bleed MC, connect and bleed brakes
Front bumper (got it)
Windshield and gasket (got it)
Service rear end (need gearoil)
Firewall insulation (got it, should have done it already)
Finish interior (think I have everything)
X Kickdown (got it)
X Throttle cable (got it)
Heater box (will have it)
Front and rear widow trim (got it)

What else?

Edit
Need to go through the non ac heater control I got from the JY (swapping to non ac)
Finish taping and stowing the wire harness

One year coming up since I drug this pig home. I intend to go for a ride (even if it's around the block) on our anniversary.

Man you have done one hell of a job on it!! I can't believe how far its came in one year!! Nice work!! Make sure to video the first cruise!

Mine look like that too. What did they put in them from the factory that makes them dry up and crack like that?
Seam sealer. Mine are cracked and showing some surface rust underneath. Little wire wheel action will fix it right up.

Does that work with the pillars as well?
You know, I've never tried. We may have to ask someone with more experience. I don't remember it being super runny, but idk........

Edit:
On further investigation the flowable self leveling seam sealers may not be that great for the more vertical areas of the gutters. Gonna consult my local paint store to get the right sealers
for the job. I like the idea of the flowable stuff for the top flat part so it can get down in all the nooks and crannies and seal it. On the A pillar the high solid stuff may be okay since the water runs right off of there.

I know RRR is using some black sealer on his but I'm not sure if it is a repair or just to keep rust out before the repairs?
