especially if the fan clutch is a little loose. The pumps won't take a fan with a wobble. hey jaba, do you have a different fan set up you use??

Let everyone know I'm not trying to put no pressure on, but the car not even out of the garage and let alone a motor in it mid-July you've got to imagine I am having a twinge of a doubt...:poke:

how do you know jaba don't have a running and ready race car, is it because the internet told you so. lol
 
Unless the weather turns....... :rolleyes: .... I will most likely go to the drag way Saturday and get my report card :D ..... But not if they predict rain and temps over 90*. NOT sitting in black interior waiting in staging lanes getting... what did she call that?? Swamp butt??? LOL

Ok, Saturday and here I sit again thinking...…. :realcrazy: Supposed to get to 88*, 68% humidity and 10% chance of rain. Do I go down and make a pass? *sigh....

Ok, went out to go. I popped the radiator overflow cap on, and put insulation around the chrome fuel line to help with the heat. Rain % rose to 20%, sweat was a dripping. I shut the hood and said "nope", not paying 50 bucks to swelter in the staging lanes. Trust me, nobody wants to see what it runs now more than me. I WANT MY REPORT CARD!!!! LOL. Better days a coming..….

  • Challenger is a Scat Pak. 392 Hemi, factory 485 HP/8 speed tranny. Has after market exhaust. If he could "mash it" with no spin, I would think high 11's.
  • My Duster should be mid 13's at this point, and I'll be taking it down soon.
  • '07 GT 'stang, 4.6 auto. CIA, Tune, Flowmaster exhaust. Runs 13.7's.
