OK, here we go.....From Corpus Christi Texas. I have quite a few 340 and 360 magnum manifolds but before I start listing there is some information you need before you make a wise decision. I get these manifolds, get them sand blasted, checked for cracks, machine some of them (will explain later), then put two good coats of HIGH HEAT PAINT on them. Then I put them under a heat lamp to cycle the paint through a few heat cycles. So these manifolds are ready to bolt on and GO!!! I will have to make a few different posts to get all the pics. But we'll start with the Mag 360 manifolds. Certain years are the best and that's what I have. I match these 360 Mag passenger manifolds with a 340 driver's manifold. I do this because, although I could sell a matching set of 340 manifolds, you get better flow (horsepower) from the "machined" mag 360 and driver 340 manifold set-up (AND IT IS CHEAPER!!!). BESIDES...a pair of 340 manifolds cost way more than the 340/360 sets I sell. If you look at the pics you'll see what I am talking about. The 340 driver's manifold comes with a 2 1/4 (plus) exhaust hole (no wonder they made so much power!!). The Mag 360 manifolds come with a 2 1/8" exhaust hole. But I take the 360 Mag manifold and machine it out to 2 1/4" so that it more closely matches the 340 driver's. Now, in the pics you will also see some 340 passenger manifolds, these have a small 1 7/8" exhaust hole. I'm not sure why the 340 passenger manifolds are designed that way but that's the way (maybe be a engine bay "space" problem) it is. So......you have a choice, an expensive set of 340 manifolds with mis-matched exhaust holes OR a set of matched 340/360 Mag manifolds that have exhaust holes much closer to the same size. The 3418623 340 and the 3418621 340 (see pics) are both listed as 340 manifolds but the have small exhaust holes.
I sell a set of 340 driver's manifold with a matching (machined) 360 magnum manifold for $290 plus shipping (BLASTED, PAINTED and READY TO BOLT ONTO YOUR MOPAR). I run these on my '69 Barracuda, 318, P/S, P/B, A/C and they fit perfect!!! The 360 Magnum manifold exits at the rear where there is PLENTY of room for hooking up your exhaust (I have pics) and minimizes sharp bends in your exhaust flow.
I have a limited number of these 340/360 sets so the first person who sends the cash will get a set until I manage to get and machine more. These sets will work on 318 or 360 engines for those like me WHO DON'T LIKE HEADERS but do like power!!>

PS - you could scrounge around the junk yards and find a 360 manifold (hopefully you'll get the correct one) and you could machine them and have them blasted and painted but then you'll still have to find a 340 driver's manifold AND IT WON'T BE CHEAP!!! By the time your done you would have spend well over $300 and lost precious time.

Will these fit a 318 in a 1964 Dart?

I have read about a few members who have used these manifolds on 65/66 A-bodies but I haven't seen anything on 64 cars. I don't know how different the 64 is from the 65/66.

Members are sending deposits for the machined 360 mag manifolds. If you want one you will need to send a deposit and wait a couple of weeks until I get my stock back up.

thanks FABO and thanks to those who have bought my manifolds!!!

In your set, whats the part number of your 340 dr side manifold ?

Edit: I see what you got going now. 71-73 340 manifolds, not 68-70 hipo manifolds.
Both sides of the hipo manifolds have the 2 5/16 openings.
Very good....Free bump.

Johnny, You can read them yourself in these pics. I only have one 340 left and I'm in the process of machining more 360 mag manifolds. I like to sell them in pairs 340/360 "machined" mag this way members don't have to go searching for one or the other. I will sell the 360 "machined" mag manifold by itself since they are a little easier to get. Check out the pics and you can see the 340 casting number/dates. I'm showing you the 340 and the 360 mag manifold. Both have at least 2 1/4" exhaust hole. I'm running a set just like this in my '69 Barracuda 318, P/S. P/B, A/C and they fit perfect. This particular 360 manifold (already SOLD) exits in the rear where there is plenty of room...see last pic. I'm running a 2004R overdrive so the purple adapter plate (in the pic) won't be on a normal 318 a-body.

Thanks Tom. The last 340/360 pair has been SOLD!! Took two whole days for me to sell out. I'm in the process of getting more and I have a list of members who have either sent a deposit or are wanting more info.

Thanks FABO,

Pm'd you to try to buy a set but you never answered. Whats up?

Tom

Tom, I apologize but I just rechecked all my PMs and I have nothing from you. I just sent you a PM explaining how I handle all my messages. If I hadn't seen this message in the ad I wouldn't have known you were trying to contact me. Maybe the FABO staff can figure out what happened???
Please check your private messages, you should have one from me.

Thanks,

Just a quick update: I have sold out of the 340/360 manifold sets. I sold them at the lowest possible price without losing any money on my end. I am in the process of machining more 360 mag manifolds and have a few people who have sent deposits. But I can not control the price of the 340 manifolds I find. I don't make any money on the 340 manifolds so if I have to pay more for a particular 340 I will have to raise the price of the set (340/360). I can control the price of the machined 360 manifold so the price on this item will remain at $90 plus shipping. I apologize for any price increase on the 340/360 manifold sets but sometimes that's just the way it is. The cheaper I get the 340 the cheaper I will sell the sets and vice versa.

thanks to all,
Treblig

Gill,
I received the Manifold today and it is great. A couple of question if you don't mind. What paint do you use on the manifold so I can match the passenger side to it? Also is it sprayed or brushed? I have used POR 15 exhaust manifold paint in the past and it worked reasonably well, but I'm out at this time. I like the color of yours and would like to match the passenger side to it.
Thanks Kevin

Hi Kevin, Glad you're happy with the purchase. I thought the manifolds looked pretty bad @ss myself. I'll check a little later on the "spray" paint but I know I bought it at Oreilly's. Will post a pic of it later today because I'm not home at the moment. You really lucked out, there are some unhappy members who moved too slow when I started advertising. I'll have to raise the price of the manifold sets now because I can't find anymore for a decent price. But at least the cost of the 360 mag will only go up $5. I've also managed to get another Dakota LARGE HOLE driver's manifold (first 4 pics). Those are getting really, really, hard to find. As of right now I have 5 large hole passenger 360 mag manifolds so my stock on these has been replenished.

Thanks again,

Treblig

Here you go.. They make a light gray and a dark gray. The one I used was the dark gray.
The scan code should get you the exact same color!!
thanks,
Gil

Kevin, I forgot to tell you to read the heat cycle instructions on the back of the can so the paint will cure well and last longer than if you just spray it on and run the car engine normally.

I just received another deposit for another set of 340/360 manifolds. I sold the third set yesterday (pending payment) and have a security deposit on the next (4th) set. As of right now I have two 360 mag manifolds left (up for sale but they still need to be machined) but can not guarantee I will have them in the next few weeks.

Remember I also have ONE "machined" 2 1/4" DAKOTA driver's manifold!! SEE PIC It will be machined, sand blasted, painted with high heat paint and cycled through a few heat cycles to cure the paint properly. These are really hard to find!!

Thanks again FABO and to those members who have bought my manifold sets!!!

Wednesday Morning.........Thanks FABO!! I currently have four 360 magnum passenger manifolds in stock. I also have two or three 340 driver manifolds on the way to my shop. They will take a week or more to get here.. One 340/360 mag set is spoken for already and I do have a deposit on another set. So as of right now I have one set without an owner. This last set won't be ready for shipment for another two weeks. If you are not willing to wait a few weeks for delivery please try looking elsewhere because getting these sets together is not easy. I'm still in the process of machining 360 manifolds to match the 340s. If you want one of these great manifold sets it will require a deposit as I have had more requests than I can keep up with. 360 mag manifolds and DAKOTA Driver manifolds are usually always available separately (but of course there is no guarantee I'll have any in stock, I usually do).
You can read previous posts in this thread that describe all the work that into these manifolds.

thanks,

treblig
