Have some cleanup and need to send my PCM out for security delete, but it runs. Try to post a video

Charles said you didn't have cats or O2 sensors. Can you give more info on this? By the time I get started you will have it all figured out.

Update. For guys using the 727/904 trans behind there swaps. There are several ways to control the kickdown/TV cable. I used a bellcrank assembly from a 03-04 hemi dodge truck and use the DIY Hemi website recommendations on how to modify it. Or you can purchase one from Bouchellion performance. Both work!

Update: for those asking about the wiring harness. It’s all loomed and I’m happy with the outcome. I’m glad i made the switch back to EFI. Sets me up for my next round of mods. I know everyone loves the schedule 40 PVC air filter ducting. Aluminum one is being made next week.

Trash truck went back to the track with EFI. 100% stock truck computer with no tune. I Datalogged with HP tuners.
In a nutshell the factory EFI intake is superior over the carbed modman. We knew this!!!! We are faster now!
Made less MPH in the 1/4mile then when it was carbed but I had adjusted the timing on the hemi 6 and the carb tuned to 12.3 with a wideband.
Made 2 mph more with EFI in the 1/8 mile over my old timesheets.
60ft was slightly better but only by a hundredth or two.
It was hot tonight! 94 degrees and my intake air temps were 122 when staging. Hope to go back in a few weeks when it’s cooler and I will have made a tune to try.
Made the 196 mile trip at 27-2900 most of the way and delivered 13.4 mpg. Enjoy and laugh at my slow times

Have not seen any updates lately. What are you using for fuel system. As you know I am getting the hemi back from Charles. I feel bad about that. Thanks, Clint.

Fuel system consist of a 340 lph pump in stock fuel hat. I added a regulator and a -6 return

Did some work on the trash truck this week. New heater core, evaporator, condenser. Found this air inlet tube on a 4.7 truck at the JY. Cost me a whole $2.98. Was able to get it to work by making a bracket and I had a filter already. I’ve been monitoring the IATs and they are ambient even sitting in traffic. There is a 4” square hole under the overflow bottle and I can see the filter thru the grill. Looks better than the snufalufagus that I had before. Hoping to get the the last test and tune next weekend and see if my tune and this helped any.

Can't wait to see how you set up the A/C system with the newer compressor. Once I get used to my new hip I can start getting ready to do this to my truck. It will be nice to have someone close to pick their brain.

Back to the track! Just look at this junk surrounded by Hellcats, Redeyes, mustangs and some imports. Were faster with some minor tweaking and some cooler air. That’s it for this year and maybe for good on this project. So far it has exceeded my expectations and I have to keep reminding myself that it’s not a race car or truck!!
