I bought this car years ago, pulled the tired 273 2 barrel and 904 and the car has been sitting since then. Renovating my house has sapped most of my time and $, but I haven't forgotten about this "retirement project."

You are good. Thought I would let you know for next time. What engine is going back in? Are you rebuilding the 273? There's a pretty loyal following for the mini mites here on the site. They sure are pretty too! LOLThank you! I will re-post. I'm a computer spaz.
Nice CarI'm thinking 408 (if I can swing it) dressed like a 273 hipo motor. The original 273 2 bbl. is long gone. I literally gave it away when I lost my garage and was in the middle of a thousand other things. And yes, they sure are pretty.
Imo the stock 273 4bbl intake will really choke the 408. If you go with a duel plane intake a Carter carb will be higher then a Holley. The base where the 273 air cleaner will be to high with a duel plane intake. Needs a drop base. And no one makes a drop base foe a 10 inch air cleaner. Tough to make a good running 408 look like a 273. IMOI'm thinking 408 (if I can swing it) dressed like a 273 hipo motor. The original 273 2 bbl. is long gone. Do any of you 66 Dart owners happen to know what the headliner bow order is for these 66 Darts? My dumbass didn't label them when I took them out about 15 yrs ago. Thanks!
I appreciate it, but please don't bother. I actually found it listed in the FSM under "listing wires" in the interior section. Thank you though!I’ll look tomorrow. I have them marked

What work have you been doing to it? Nice vert. These are from when I got the car a few years ago and there’s been a good amount of work done but it’s mostly on jack stands these days.
225/3 on tree and mostly original!
