I tried to hide all of the Mopar/Hellcat wiring under the dash on the pass side but still have access. I put in a foot rest to avoid any trouble.

With the roll bar there's little room for a back seat so I built a fake back seat and hid all of the audio equipment under it. The upholsterer did a great job.
