My 72 Duster back in the day was painted sassy grass green and until we got some black on it it was a little too much LOL, but after the black highlights
it really looked nice as yours does.

Just want to add a note...my youngest daughter who drives the car helped me put the stripes on the quarter panels and the tail panel...I could not have done those with out her help....especially that tail panel....it was a PIA

Just ordered a Rear End for the Duster....plus she will get a 408 motor after the dana is in it...

Sounds nice! EZ to order and install?
Cave eats?

It’s like you’re starting your own spec race class!

My MATS purchased showed up today....4 weeks....

Sold 500 dollars worth the parts and spend 860 on these things.....but they are pretty....up sizing for the 408 motor...

TTi 1 7/8 headers coated....with 3.5 inch collectors with pan evac ....got that 10% off at MATS.....LOL

They will stay in the box until it is time...

Nice do you think it will be a good improvement over what you are running or is that what you run already in the others i'm still running my tti step headers, just not in the budget for something different and also didn't want to have to learn another header install, lol

the car currently has hooker 5204 1 3/4 tubes....will the tti header be faster on the new motor...i dont know....was thinking about using the hookers initially and then changing out later.....depends on what mood i am in...lol....
on the pretty factor ...the tti are probably 2 tenths faster then the old hookers....lol

but then again...some of these old hookers in Vegas are pretty fast.....

How are the hookers for getting out,the exhaust kind not the ones on the strip:p, do you still have to drop the steering linkage

yes...they go thru the steering linkage...and hang down below the tie rods....but those cars are not street driven....

Race tomorrow on Sunday at Noon....weather suppose to be 103.....maybe the racers should take up a collection so they have money to race at night under the lights...amazing...

1st call to lanes at 5:30am might work!

Probably see you this fall. Keep finding stuff that needs fixed, upgraded.

Have the feeling Tony is drinking ALOT of water today!

water and everything else...my phone showed a high of 101...but the asphalt in the pits was 149 degrees.....had to climb under the duster for a minute....used the car cover to lay on....

the DA was 5100....Relative Humidity 5% Barometer 27.81 ....Dry heat...

anyway....last race for this drive train...ran a 10.91 and 10,95......she dialed a 10.96 ...and ran a 10.93......had a .005 light...but 8.80 dragster running after the Duster...

waiting for tracking number for the dana....and they we start tearing it apart...

I emailed Doctor Diff to see if he had any info on the Dana 60....He said it left Chicago today....would get the tracking number tomorrow....
