Nice, how's the house doin' ? I'm stripping popcorn ceilings in mine now, yea it sucks, but i gotta get this thing done by fall so i can buy me a project.

Sorry zac, not trying to highjack your thread.

The front bumper doesn't look right. There looks like a large gap on the right fender shot and look at the bumper bolts compared to the turn signals. Bumper also looks like it is hanging out on the drivers side. Bumper not centered on the tag. Maybe been wrecked.[/QUOTE]

Definetely is a little out of wack.

I saw on another website where a Mustang was trying to be traded, is that your Mustang Zac?

post the thread or a pic of the car? I'm currently not advertising my car for sale or even to trade.. So I doubt it's my Stang- I just seen the car posted locally (on a forum and CL) and told the poster (poster on forum I seen it on is his coworker)

I just made the offer to trade and told the guy to tell the owner of the Demon I would trade straight up and bring my car to him...

I agree the bumper is not centered but that could be the pic- still waiting to hear back from the guy - think he works 3rd shift so he may not be up yet- the guy on the local forum I'm on said he'd get the owner of the Demon to look at the pics of my Mustang when he came in at 11

that is not a 10,000 dollar car. 10 Gs can get better. half the interior is ragged out , god only knows whats under that paint.

Plot, I have to learn where you get your materials LOL... $700 for everything to strip, prep, prime, block, paint an entire car?! I think I'd be hard pressed to obtain even all generic bottom-line stuff for that amount!

I had just scanned the thread and caught the stang trade mentioned but never read it.

WOW! You have a ton of pictues of your stang build.
yes sir and lots of receipts haha I should probably take some better pics now that it's all together.. here is a vid of it-

As I see it I wouldn't go above 4K.Just about everthing needs attention. Some hacking here and there and who knows what you will find elsewhere.Indy style shifter-cheap steering wheel. For 10K it should be a lot more presentable which this is far from that.Something real stange about the front bumper where it goes into the fender.I would walk away.
Edit NO I WOULD RUN AWAY

Really do need a eye witness account to put a true value on it.

Yeah, that's the thing... just from what can be seen, there's a heck of a lot of work there to make a really nice car. Then add in all the stuff you can't see in the pics.

As much as I love Demons, I think I like the Mustang better, honestly!

well, check out a few of my builds on here. not show perfect, but dang nice. some starting at shells turned into 340-4 speed cars with a total of 5-7k into them complete, and sold for 11k and up. TOOK A FM3 DUSTER I PAYED 1800.00 FOR AS A ROLLER, PUT FRAME RAIL, INTERIOR, 340-4 SPEED NEW PAINT, STRIPES,EXAUST, AND ALL THE OTHER WORK, PUT A TOAL OF UNDER 6K INTO IT. that is one i wish i would of been able to keep.i sold it and almost doubled my money on it. yes, i havd over 500 hours into it, doing all the work myself over a few months. member on here badlilred was intrested, and i told him 7k, he turned it down cause the car was not up to par yet, and he gave me his opinion on it, to finish it,then put it up for sale. before he left, i was down to like 5,500.00 on the price to him. he has alot of show cars. for him, he would of had to pull the car fully apart to get that 100percent he was looking for in one, but he did not do me wrong, as i know he has the cash to buy, and could of bought it for 5500 and sold it the next day for more. no, he was like put another g into it and youll get over 10k, ND HE WAS RIGHT!
i was not talking about the labor of blocking or the cost of getting it painted..........................AS WHY I SAID I DO IT ALL MYSELF...........AND I SAVE ALL THAT LABOR COST THE A SHOP WILL ROB YOU FOR.
