I didn't see Hemi Denny's silver Duster at the rain-soaked Nats today.

Probably just keeping it mud free.
 
not a fan of the mud......really dissappointed the weather Gods didn't want to accomodate us

I really wanted to re-introduce my Duster at the Nats.....
been tweeking on it for a year...what else...it's a hot-rod!
flushed all those electrical fresh paint gremlins...dropped an inch all the way around and added deeper dish Cragars on the rear... installed the swap-meet Sharktooth...finished up the A/C...changed to Wilwoods Pro spindles with their 4-piston lightweight brakes package...changed out the heater core.....and cleaned/flushed out the 6 year old, but new, clogged K&N air filter (who'da guessed).

BTW...saw Dan from Cut.Chop(or is it shop....like buy stuff),Rebuild....I wanted to say hi , but there was a line. He was signing autographs...and I was cleaning the mud out of my shoe. I ain't standing in line for NO ONE...unless they are handing out C-notes or p***y...and I already have a cat!

to be honest....I was ordering my new "Porno Red" Ledgendary floor mats for my ol' Duster and I saw Dan signing in their tent. Unfortunatenatly my phone rang ...there was an EMERGENCY....the onions and mushrooms on the grille were starting to burn and I needed to return Riki-Tiki in order to immediatly start the brats and prevent a major disaster.

some things are just more important than money!

Mark & I got our signed plates when Mark was puttin' in his Legendary order. I had him sign a plate for my dad since I'm not really a fan. I think it is the corniest automotive build show in existence. I mean Stacy David is a giggling dork, but at least he builds some cool stuff (the Boss powered Cougar is sweet, the old big truck that is getting the new mega hp Duramax and air ride is cool). The Blue miata, not so much. I guess they can't all be winners.

The onions & mushrooms were just fine (if a little well done). Of course someone kept yellin' at the fat guy (me) to eat the Brats. Mmmm Brats.

I had JB Belly Buster & Brats all weekend. Poopin' was great when I got home :D

I actually go out of my way to watch Gearz, mainly because of Stacy, I wish he (Stacy David) was still on Trucks though....The little bit of JB Belly Buster I had was great, Dad's still talking about it. I didnt get any of the Chicken Marsala, probally should have from what I hear...Loved the Brats.
