10 foot of 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 rectangle stock and make them, You get enough to make the ends for the front and the caps for the rear. I am making another set here for a customer next week. Material was a little over $100

Could you email me a picture of a set you've made? That would work awesome if so!?

If the Barracuda is on the lift I will take one tomorrow . I have not been over there. I have the material in this shop and the body on a rotisserie to make a set. I'll take some pictures of that process for the site when done.

i went to local scrap yard and got all the medal i needed for $4.00 fabbed and cut and welded it 2gether

For those of us that don't have metal fab skills, I bought these Competition Engineering connectors. They seem to be the same as the old Direct Connection ones that I bought from the dealership back in the day. Edit: Yes, they will be welded in place.

Fab skills ???... it's basically a one by two strait peace of steal tube...
Bolting them on is a joke... they should be welded in eventually anyways...

Sorry bout the bad pics. I cut the tops off of the back to the contour of the floor. Split the corners in the rear, over measured and capped the rail. Welded a flange on the front with some holes for plug welds in it, as well as perimeter
