If you can tune it, I could see a fairly stock cammed magnum with a 200 shot getting to 520-530. How long will it live there, depends on if you can tune it.

Edited to add;
I have a magnum crate that I bought from westech that was used as a dyno mule. With a small comp roller cam and an rpm air gap, headers and a 750 it made 365 so it’s not too far of a stretch to 530. Maybe not at the wheel though.

High doubts with those carbs and that manifold.
But give it a shot , id like to have a new opinion on that stuff.

I was a little confused by the post. His picture suggests dual quads with 100 plate each, but he says rpm ag in his description.

I was thinking my setup was close to a 380 crate pls 150 HP equls

I'm aware that single 4 can easily out pace,I may be more willing to use the duals if I want more eye Candy.
It depends on what the engine pieces look like together

Either or more

Race thermoquad on the Torker
200 HP plate

Race TQ on air gap

Dual quads 100 plates under each car

530 hp total

Gotcha. If I was trying to make 530 at the wheels on N20, honestly none of those would be my choice. Maybe, and it’s a strong maybe I’d use the rpm air gap but not with any of those carbs. That’s just me, I like Holley carbs. And a Holley would be on a good (Victor or similar) single plane. On magnum heads you might be limited to the Indy or M1 for a single plane.

Thanks, "it's use what you have" for me now
I've never been off a budget, and my wife handles the money
What does that tell you ?

Yes, I want something that is highly adjustable

i don't think you get there with stock heads and compression and that small of a cam with any of those combos.

i'd run it back and simplify with a single carb (holley) and maybe you see the top of the mountain with an air gap, but likely you need a single plane and flow which presents the bottle neck of the heads flow capability above .500 and compression.

so doable, but real tough row to hoe with the combo of parts you've got.

air gap
tuned 750 dp
that motor na should make 400 plus torque
a 200 shot will give 200 plus lb ft torque more torque then hp

More than 530 tork ?????
Look like I will be ordering a set of 3500 lb SS springs
And some MT street drag radials

What intake is that ?
Is it a offy split single plane?

For future reference when you say 60 in the whole, it is correctly written as .060 just so nobody gets confused.

Torker is single plane
Have a worked 750 dp
Now I'm figuring possibilities

Even with my suspension worked
On 23560r14 MT street drag radials tires it will still be a tyr fryr

To make around 600 hp at crank around 5400 rpm, it would take about 575 tq at peak hp and probably 600+ tq at peak tq.

Oh oh, cast crank and hypereutectics here, may have to tune down to 500 HP, also not sure magnum block can handle 600 HP while on nitrous
I won't forget to get an MSD 8680, dash adjustable timing, offering up to 7.5 degrees plus or minus degrees

I'm Thinking NO GO

i said 400 tq NA and 200 tq from a 200 shot of spray never said anthing about 600 hp
I said it will make more torque then hp
600 x 4500 = 2812500 div by 5252 = 535 hp
Its more then enough
