A new slip yoke from Denny's drive shaft ad 2 new moog unjoints, press then all together and Bam drive shaft ready to go back on.
I think I solved the overheating problem.
160' stat and burp the motor of air. Now she runs at 160 ish with 22' initial timing with 35' total 900 ish idle in neutral.
Al, did you press everything yourself or did you take it somewhere?

We're going to need the do the same thing for Misty..I hope my slip joint is the proper spline count for the transmission...

Keeping with the dealer installed idea, this is my tach choice with the red/orange needle. Pre 60's Sun green line.

I like the look of that Sun Tach.
I'm probably going to go with a SW tach for the steering column to keep with the SW gauge theme. Might need to get a POD for mounting it.
