I love how he says that he doesn't do business that way... I call BS....
He once advertised a set of commando valve covers for sale... We agreed on a price and I paypalled him the money at 11 PM....
By noon the next day he PM's me and says that his son sold the covers and refunded me the money.... His son doesn't even live with him...
He found someone else that offered money for them...
Once I paypalled him the money, it should have been a done deal... You don't sell a part at a swap meet, then someone offers more money so you grab the parts out of the first buyers hand, return his money and go with the next seller....
That is why I won't deal with him again...
All you have to do is mention payment methods you “will and won’t” accept in your listing to prevent that sort of stuff. PayPal and who pays fees if done as “goods and services”, or a Postal money order that must be sent by such and such date, with a tracking# at that time, no payment plans, holds, down payments, life stories, etc etc. Very simple. Weed the undesirables and deplorables out, that’s your right!!

He’s not wheeling and dealing to fix his car, if he has one it’s probably some heap on the side of his garage sitting on flat tires, a bunch of junk piled in and on it..
he’s mostly a flipper who makes his method work for him to make money. Only an assumption but....When I worked in residential construction we used to do any and all sorts of jobs for the company I worked for, and it got to the point where we’d be out there dealing with a crap project or dealing with difficult customers and I used to say “some jobs just aren’t worth it, you don’t have to take everything that comes your way” Only if you’re desperate for money, and I’m not, but even if I were, It’s not worth the headache.

yes, he will want you to hold the parts for him to pay for in something like three weeks later, so he can use your photographs of the parts and list them some where else for sale for more money. If the parts sell, he will eventually send you the money to cover your selling price and he pockets the extra money, if they do not sell he will give you some lame excuse on why he can't pay for the parts. In the mean time you may have missed the opportunity to sell the parts to someone else.
I saw a recent response from him for some draglite wheels. $400 for 4 wheels. seemed like a fair deal.....I wonder how that went.

After I canceled his bid on one of my Gift Certificates for a 2013 FABO Benefit Auction, he tried to enlist @RustyRatRod to secretly bid on it on his behalf.
