I didn't watch the video but anyways that hat couldn't have gotten any cheaper when my uncle shot at himself and had the hat made. I actually have another pelt that I can send in and have something made for my wife.

oh yeah and honestly probably wasn't any more than $49 to have it made it was ridiculously inexpensive. And absolutely NOT made in China!

Sorry to hear about your uncle shooting himself. Is your Aunt doing okay without him?

16* …….. haven't done anything outside. LOL. I'll get it done before the next snow fall (I hope !! :D ). Hood latch too..... maybe it will all be done tomorrow

work'n some on the mag heads...…. that's indoors... :)

I will try to get pictures of how to properly drill your pistons for the compression enhancement.
I have found it best to use two smaller holes rather than one big one. Then there is the mounting of the one way flapper valve on the bottom of the piston.

Ok, I got the engine harness switched. When I try to start by the ignition, one of the orange wires gets hot immediately and smokes. I can start it by jumping the starter relay, and no wires get hot. If I use the key, one of these wires smoke.

Unplug where? That black "Y" conjunction is a sealed unit. It's got to be a ground I think also. Just having trouble chas'n it down. The two orange wires in the picture are ignition I believe.

I believe it's the orange wire that leads into the red. I can peel back the cover and follow it. perhaps there is a bare spot that's making contact with metal shorting it out when the ignition applies power through it.

correct. actually, they all are coming from the black "Y" junction. I'm not sure if that's the power returning from the ignition going to the starter relay or not. I'll have to dig deeper.
 
picked up ignition switch at O'reilly's last night. Should have pig tail Monday from ebay. different engine wiring harness is installed. I can only hope the problems are gone :)
 
Bull crap!! Stop pussyfooting around and build something that'll blow his doors off no matter what he says he's got.
