I used a wool ball on a stick the wool was about 1/2" round. Didn't take much and got lots left so if you need to do yours don't buy any I'll give you some.
Your engine the last time I saw it looked great what did you use to keep it that way?

The alum intake was clear coated when new 13 years ago. Getting dull & stained, won't clean off completely. I should have restored it last year on engine rebuild. But I was in hurry to get running.

It lasted a long time and last summer it looked great from what I saw.

sun roof seal all glued in but need to finish about 6" on the back tomorrow. Not factory and cheaply made but the best I could find after a year of looking for one.

Starter in but had to file some metal off the block to get it to set right. not much but filed till I could slide a piece of paper between the block and starter.
Sun roof seal all glued in and been working every day the last few weeks to pay for more parts so been slow getting anything on my car done. And one of my boys wrecked his car and been working on that as well. I think it's time for a drink so cheers all.

Hell of a day here one of my boys flew his plane to my house and landed on the road and taxied in the neighborhood to my house so we can paint it.
Gonna set me back getting my car done but I like to fly and will be a great time working with the kids so what the hell good times on the way.

Yea the main street through town cops blocked off the road and the kid taxied it in a few blocks to the house. Fun as hell Steve but now I got to paint it and not so fun I think. lol

Been a fun day Steve I hope we can get the plane painted and back in the air before summer.

Yea almost took the plane out to see you when we were out there last but the weather was not good. Gonna try again next year so get that Fish on the road I want to go for a ride.
