Help me bombard the phone of the guy who scammed me! Also, anyone in St. Louis?

Google maps has the street view, I have't checked out that address yet though.
It would be funny to print off an aerial and a street view, and plan out/draw a Special Forces/SWAT style attack plan... Then get dusted72 to examine the terrain and structure and coordinate a demolition strike.

If you sent a money order through the mail, this might be considerd mail fraud and a felony. That threat alone might prompt a response.
 
Call the police department where he lives. Explain the situation and tell them that he is defrauding people over the internet. Tell them that you want to press charges unless he ships the wheels immediately, and provides proof to the police that the proper wheels were shipped. Offer to send them a photo of the wheels, and copies of your money order, any correspondence, etc. Tell them that you want to be kept informed. That might get the ball rolling.

I will contact his local police tomorrow. I have already threatened about sending the Postal Police since i paid by mail order.

Maybe do a USPS site search on filing a formal complaint for mail fraud.

Thank goodness i used a money order and kept the stubs. I have no written correspondence with the guy. But Money Orders are the best since they will only turn to cash if your ID matches the name it is filled out to...

And since I am sure he cashed them he should be toast after they investigate...

Wish I lived closer. I'd love to see the look on his face when a crowd of people show up at his door. If somebody from FABO picks up the wheels then this jerk should also refund all of the money that was paid to him for "shipping" them.
 
Call the cops man...theyll defenitely investigate. Wasnt there a similar thread recently??....a guy in canada shipped a part to the wrong address???
 
just talked to his brother who was very apologetic

said he and his sister and his mom are all trying to get a hold of him and getting no reply...

going to the police station to file a report later today. (all mail fraud complaints start out at the Local police, then they communicate to the place the money went...)

Man I wish I could help! I got my good old High school football muscle to help but no car and no way to get there lol! Well If i could help i would be looks like You got a pretty good handle on this! If you guys need help on planing just tell me cause I've been know to cook up some pretty good tactical advantage type plans! You never leave a mopar brother out to dry you always help them get up and fix there problems!

I wish I lived around there because he would be buying at least $400 worth of tires for that Nova in the morning. LOL. Ninja style.
 
My brother had a guy owe him money once. The guy wouldn't pay so my brother took his money one punch at a time. 1 punch = $1.00 ….. Honestly…. When my brother saw the guy he would grab him and start punching him in the face (very business like, no anger but very hard) while counting down. It started at $270 and I think the guy finally paid after his bill got down to $210…..

LOL, those were younger days and a different time.
 
I had the same problem, except though an "outside of ebay" sale with a jerkwad in Fresno, California. He got $2000 from me for a commando 273. I am in Alabama, but a trip to see the Pacific Ocean and the jerkwad would be a great road trip!

Hey just did the collect call thing to Mama....went to voice mail, but left a msg from "your scumbag son better ship the wheels" LOL this is fun. Theres lots of dog-turds in the yard this time of year, so I may just have to send him some!!

I am into this guy for $460 Dollars.
I live in California. Here in California, Small Claims Court only applies to In State. (And would costs $30 to file)

I can file a Civil Claim, since Civil Claims can stretch interstate
BUT CIVIL CLAIMS COST $205 TO FILE!!!
AND THAT DOESNT INCLUDE SHERIFF FEES TO SERVE THE FILING!!!

Post Office says that only the police can follow up. That Postal Inspectors dont do that kind of work.

So even though this dude totally jacked me, unless I risk another $205+ dollars, I have no way to even seek to get my money back from this Nova driving scumbag.

Any ideas are appreciated.
Any friends in St. Louis county???
I would be happy to return a favor...
 
print off a google map of his and his moms house, don't treaten him, but mail it with a note saying you know where they live and have alot of free time

the mailing address he uses is where his disabled mother lives with his sister and her kid

its not even really where he lives, so it would not be that worthwhile
