They didn't offer you anything for the interruption in service? I would have gone to the top with that one. I'd push it because you can go someplace else. Another company would be more than willing to have you for a customer.
I spent 45 minutes on the phone that day. 1st was India 2nd was California 3rd was I dont know where and then when I got Irate and said I can fix this and get someone else for a provider he told me not to threaten him and hung up. I had to call back and go through the same crap for 1/2 hour to be told it would be over a week before they would fix it. They know I am stuck because I live rural and they are the only game out here unless I want to go satellite company.

A rare moment when Olive is not gnawing on some part of poor Charlie. Olive is the blonde one.
I just lost my big fur baby , three weeks today. Still get upset about it , she was my best friend . Miss her so much. Brings tears to my eyes just talking about it . Love them while you have them , there is only one thing that is wrong with dogs , they don't live long enough.

Became a cat lover when I married, lost all 3 cats in 1 year. People who don't know cats think they're all the same.

My oldest grand kid just stopped by and borrowed all the paint ball stuff me and the kids have accumulated over the last 10 years. I think he is bored and his brothers and sisters are gonna be a target. His youngest sister is ruthless and I bet he will be running dodging paint balls. lol

Heck I still get a little misty when I think about ones that I lost years ago, they leave pawprint on your heart, and take a small piece of it with them. Can't see myself not having a dog in my life, on some of my dark days they have been the only thing that kept me going, knowing that they were depending on me.

Every dog or cat has a unique personality, I'm not a cat person, highly allergic, but I know they can be as big a part of one's life as dogs can be. My mother recently lost her cat after 17 years, really tore her up.

We now have Zeus, 22lbs, Thor, same age as Zeus but 12 lbs and Odin, a feral rescue 2 years younger and 7 lbs. Boy can he jump, seems to float.

I've had dogs too. Checkers when I was 7, Daisey after that, both moms that littered in our kitchen. 5 more after that I won't bore you with. So a bunch of paw prints here.

Ok Fred have a beer !
