I'm playing, "Help the neighbor rebuild his transmission in the parking lot in the dark." after I got to the apartment, ready to wind down. Lets ignore the fact that I offered to put it in my garage where we'd have some light and could leave everything overnight.

He don't want to work on it during the day

Yup had my buddy stop by today ,couldn’t put his own battery in his car ,took me 4min no lie.
Yea I figured you were a nice guy and would help but I had to stop that crap years ago and only help a small amount of people anymore. Gets to the point of everyday working on neighbors cars.

Doesn't need to be anything special Biff just enjoy what your doing on your car.

No good deed goes unpunished.

Just got done. Diagnosis: not good. Same issue. Just got done putting in shift solenoids in it, didn't help it. Looking at the fluid that was in it, looks like motor oil. This is after he changed the fluid after he bought it. It looked like motor oil when he bought it. Has fresh in it now.

Next step, price a rebuild. He keeps seeing $$$$.
