From the pictures of the Goat you sent us it is a sweet ride and would be afraid of scratching it that tight of a space. But not mine just my 2 cents. In the Summer the Cav does sit outside with a car cover on it and the Goat sits dead centre of the garage. He also has his 07 Stang siting outside and his 99 Buick LeSabre which is his winterbeater sitting in the driveway also.
Actually it went in smooth as glass and is about 3" from the wall. There is quite a bit of room when maneuvering the blower. From the pictures of the Goat you sent us it is a sweet ride and would be afraid of scratching it that tight of a space. But not mine just my 2 cents.

Yep that looks good and nice plow truck but I'll take the orange Mopar any day. lol
Did you stack them when you put the sump pumps in DIY? And also have them on different circuits from each other?
Yeah looks finished now. Good job!!
thanks
i bought it last year to replace the bronco that i just couldnt depend on
i would have held out for a hemi ram, but i was able to buy this off a buddy of mine for the right price
funny story, one thing that always annoyed me about this truck is that has an open rear end
(the bronco did too, but that wasnt a 1 ton truck)
so i finally pried open the old wallet the other day and got a hold of a diesel shop to see if they could put in a LSD
he was suprised too it didnt come with one, and after he ran the numbers, it turns out it DID, it just quit working
so i dropped it off friday and picked it up monday
wouldnt you know it...now its leaking
so i send some picks of it to the shop, and they said they would order a new cover, it probably rusted through
so this morning i went in, they swapped it out, and i was on my way again
asked them what the damage is and the guy said not to worry about it, they should have never put the old one back on
not sure i know what you mean by staggered, but they are on different circuits, and in different spots
I meant to say stacked. Install the second one maybe 6" higher than the other one. So if the water gets too high then the second one kicks in. That way you only run one pump at a time unless you really need it.
we bought this house about 5 years ago and i only knew about the one pump
then last year we had water come in, so i had a guy come out to the house and snake a camera through the drain field pipes...but he couldnt find an issue
a few weeks later, i found this

that is what looks like an irrigation pipe, and i never gave it much thought...untill one day water started tricking in through it
i finally put two and two together and pulled that wooden panel up, thats underneath it and sure enough...

my guess is that is a secondary sump pit, added later and it only fills up when the ground water gets real high
(hard to tell in that pic, but shes at the top)
so i dropped a second sump pump in there, and it doesnt run near as much as the "main" one
thanks
there is one section where i put a nail in the top, and it pulls it in too tight, i may go out tomorrow to address that, but overall im happy with it

He does a great job that takes talent. All free hand I'm guessing.
My wife had a good chuckle over that post. And she thanks you Fred for sticking up for her.Yesterday my wife says she had a dream and couldn't find all of our life insurance policies and our investment papers. So she asks me to show her all of that and make a list so she knows where to find it if she needs it. Should I be worried?? Maybe I should get a food taster? LOL (just kidding dear if she reads this )
Miss ya both would like to get together and burn a few steaks sometime soon.My wife had a good chuckle over that post. And she thanks you Fred for sticking up for her.
Easyer way of getting the fuel out jump the fuel pump relay, and pull the fuel line off let the car do the work.I'd send the Cav down the road but he bought it brand new and has some sentiment value. It has 235,000km but has a 3.1 5 speed. Needs work but he still drives it
The shirt will get greasy real soon and be destroyed, car parts clean and repaint and as good as new for a long time.
Costco is my clothes store 9$ tee shirts, 15$ jeans good enough for the girl I go with .The shirt will get greasy real soon and be destroyed, car parts clean and repaint and as good as new for a long time.
BUT my ride is more important than my shirt. lol
Lived on the ocean there for a long time and wish I had pictures of the swells at 30' or more trying to get the old 30' boat back to the docks in West Port Washington after being out all day or 2 days. Brings back Memories.Stopped raining this afternoon, seas were 20 foot swells though ,king tide yesterday so some flooding in low lying areas but soon as tide recedes water disappeared. All good in the hood .
