I would love a dog or dogs but I know that with work and activities that I don’t want to be that dog owner so when I retire I’m getting two
 
Night guys gonna wake up at 3:15 to go pee and fall back to sleep at about 4 and wake up at about 5:30 and toss and turn till 6 then gas myself out of bed by 6:15 and go for a walk. lol

my boy asked me for a dog yesterday
i told him i would meet him in the middle and get him a hotdog for dinner

he was not impressed

Morning guys and Happy Friday. You made it through another week and survived it.
6:20 am and already 10 degrees. Supposed to get up around 15 today. I can take it!! Watch this guy with a small block. Don't know what country it is bu tthey have some nice Mopars there. Crank it up and smokem if you got em. Tires that is.

well, it seems i inadvertently whacked myself on my thumb real good
you know the deal, buncha blood under the nail, but no place to go and the nail bed was pretty swollen

it was hurting pretty bad last night, but when i woke up this morning it was allright, as long as i didnt bump it

then i stopped by church to remove a black water tank from the coachbus (who knows why)
there is a vent hose on there, so i grabbed a long flathead screwdriver and tried to pry it off
needless, to say, the screw driver slipped and i slammed my hand down on the tank, right on the thumb
the nail bed that was swollen allready split open and all of a sudden it didnt throb so much...now that the blood could get out

Yeah that would hurt. Whenever I hit a fingernail and it swells up I get a drill bit and slowly rotate it on the fingernail till it punches through and releases the pressure. Works like a charm.

I think I remember my dad relieving the pressure under his fingernail by burning a hole through it with a hot paperclip. Not sure if it worked. I've torn 2 fingernails completely off and have on that wont stop splitting catch part of that once in a while, Just the other day I chucked up a vice-grip in a vise and clamped the small part of that split nail in the vise grip and yanked it out by the root. Done that a half a dozen times I suppose.

I've lost a couple of fingernails over the years. The last one is like that too. so I keep it really short especially being my diddle finger...lol.

gonna drop the kids off at school and then we will be on a field trip from church

we were gonna stay in MI but decided to go into a free state instead

Got in a motor cycle accident when a teen and lost all but my 2 thumb nails. And a few teeth.
