Well guys been going to work at the body shop a few days this week and today I put a brush guard bumper on a 2020 chevy 3500 truck for the local power company.
No instructions on how to install it and lots of extra parts that fit other trucks so took some time to remove the stock bumper and install the aftermarket bumper.
**** took some time to figure out how to remove the grill to get to the bumper bolts. 4 hours later the new bumper was on and kicked the truck out the door.
I don't think I'll be doing this much longer on new vehicles to many plastic clip together parts that I have a hard time figuring if I pull real hard to take apart or a screw there some place.
Try to restore a 2020 car 40 or 50 years from now.

Crazy how simple cars are from around 67 and older compared to the new junk.
Getting worse the last few years I think to many plastic clips and snap to gather parts that were never made to use more than 2 times at the most. I should have done a You Tube video on how to remove a bumper on a new truck but to much bad language on my part.

I think that is in the design. And they won't last long the way they put them together.
I should have got some pictures of how they are put together.

They're not designed to last a long time Fred. That keeps them in business.
Been raining basically all night and looks like into Saturday just glad it isn't snow.
The Dr phoned last night and he's been weaning me off the Prednisone but it's causing a lot of discomfort. Was getting hard to use a knife and fork because of the discomfort. So he's increased the med from half a pill every second day to 2 pills daily so that will help for sure. I also start my physio at 3 today. Then after this Pandemic has subsided he's going to send me to a Rheumatologist.
Sucks getting old guys.
Have a great day and get that vaccine when it comes available. They said 1 person dies in the U.S. every 60 seconds because of it. Nasty stuff!!
