Went to physio this afternoon. They did electronic massage and heat on both shoulders and neck and some new exercises that I have to do.
What a difference the Prednisone has made. Took 2 last night and two this morning and I can now make a fist without too much discomfort and don't have the feeling like being stuck with a hundred needles. An amazing drug but has nasty side affects. This is for two weeks and then see what happens.
Dam Mark be careful I know what the Doc said but I'm worried about the side affects.

Ok guys I know it's winter and cold air makes the sun and stars brighter I think but has anyone noticed the sun and stars seem to be brighter than normal?
I'm no guru when it comes to space but I have noticed the sun has been a lot more white then yellow since I was a kid.
Must be me I'm getting older I guess.
Maybe with less people working there isn't so much pollution in the air so you're probably right Fred. Have to ask GG if the pollution is as bad as it usually out there but then there's all the fires out there at the moment.
I was talking to my cousin in Australia the other day and she told me it was 40C and causing lots of the annual fires there. And of course they are in their drought season just like California.

Might be true Mark I'll look it up on the web.

Well I hate to disappoint ya but where I live the air is clear unless there are major fires .

This summer was bad what with fires in Oregon , and south of us with northerly winds .

The Closest was the Zogg Fire here in the county fortunately the wind was blowing to the south so we didn't get any of that .

Its been clear since mid October here .

Here's a pic's of the Carr Fire 9.1.2018 , Shasta Dam and Mt. Shasta 4.17.2019 , Camping in our driveway 5.22.2020 , Zogg Fire 9.27.2020 , Zogg Fire 9.28.2020 , this mornings dawn sunrise .

We're going through what is called a solar minimum at the moment. The sun goes through a 11 year solar cycle. We're at low activity right now.

What always upset me working flat-rate in the collision industry is that the lesser qualified guys got the gravy licks while the trained experienced guys got the train-wrecks for virtually the same dollar per flagged hour. The last shop I worked at had pretty qualified guys so it got spread around pretty good. You usually knew when you had one coming.

Nice view buddy thanks for the pictures.

Biff sure good with those Mini Coopers.
Give it to Biff!!! :poke:. Don't much wanna be the Volkswagen guy either.

That nasty Dart belongs to a guy who lives here in town. Last I heard he was working on putting a hemi in it, likely will still be twin turbo. I have seen that thing run a few years ago, it's damn fast.
Don't know if I want a ride in that ML, I think I'd **** myself.

I hear ya and sucks if the boss doesn't like me.
Lucky for me I spent most of my time doing PDR work and maybe not so lucky when the boss thinks I can fix something that I can't.
