Are the pipes exposed?

I got something called "heat wire" on certain sections of the roof, it warms up enough to prevent the snow from freezing and creating ice dams

If your pipes are exposed, get yourself a few yards of that and wrap it around to thaw them

Then wrap in insulation.
 
Hi guys. Started out cold this morning and then the sun came out and was really nice this afternoon. I went out at 10 this morning and just shoveled the snow. Wasn't as thick as I thought this morning. It was light and fluffy so did the driveway and both neighbour's sidewalks as they are both away.
Went for my walk right after lunch (too slow Fred) and took an extended route then stood at the house in the sun for 20-25 minutes. Just beautiful.
Maybe that furry little Bastard was right for once.

Never had any major problem till this winter.
I'm selling my mobile in a year or less and if I stay here will build a small cabin off the garage. Or sell the whole thing and build another shop and house inside the shop. Not sure at this point but I don't need a 3 bedroom home unless I end up with the grand kids for a long time.

I might do things different if there is a next time. It's crazy when you think about every nail board and whatever is financed for 30 years.
Huge shop with a covered porch I can park my RV under. Live in the RV. No property tax on the RV. Shop is just a shell. No septic. Water would be nice.

Just passed one up not long ago was 80 by 40 in a small town with a detached single car garage for just over 100,000 and all gravel and cement out side so no grass to mow.
My scamp would be in the living room with my old truck.
should a bought it.

That's what I was thinking of doing here just to cold in the winter but my brother has property in Florida now so I might do that.

Been to Florida about 3 times in a semi nice there but lots of hookers at truck stops.
Had a gal come up to me and said she would give me a ******** and a butt plug for 25 bucks.
Had no idea what a butt plug was all about and I don't want to know. lol

Buddy of mine told me the same story but I think he was in the Philippines and it was a string of pearls. Oh... and he said yes. lol
