Made the mistake of fertilizing my grass once. Was cutting it once a week. I have come to the realization that the nicest colour for my grass is brown. Way less maintenance, nice even colour and matches my fire pit and lawn furniture. Works for me.

There is a piece of County owned property just down the street from me with no structures on it. Pretty fair in size, 3/4mi x 1/2mi, barbed wire surrounding it and the County uses a furry four legged herd of gardeners for weed abatement :lol:. It makes sense, low noise, lower carbon emissions (sheep and goat farts), minimal water usage, no pension plan to pay. There are signs attached to the fence that basically say "Don't screw with the landscaping crew" :lol:. They were just out there working yesterday :lol:.
 
Morning guys and Happy Hump Day. Looks like cool but sunny most of the day then rain overnight and right through till Friday. Just glad it's not snow.
Will be 8C tomorrow and rain so I figure the city will send the salt trucks out again.

Watching the weather, looking at the satellite images, I see your right on the edge of one of those new “atmospheric rivers”. Up until a month or so ago I never knew they existed. We just called them storms. I think that catch phrase is one that will irk me in time to come it’s starting already

This is my Godson. He always dresses up and visits the kids in Hospital every year. And yes that beard is real. He's such a great guy.

Lucky me missed me by that much. lol
Haven't checked the news lately to see what the weather is going to be just figured nothing I can do about it anyway.

Maybe I should not say how warm it is here, but at 6am it was already warmer than it has been all week and on the way to breaking the record high that has stood since 1969. Damned windy again though, otherwise it would be shirtsleeve weather, maybe even shorts!

Got up to 45* here today so yea warmer temps here as well.
