That is wonderful. I'd be very happy just to see clear again instead of being blurred.
Father in law has cataracts also but to stubborn to go for the procedure he’s 89 and still lives on the farm by himself. Decent health he just don’t look to good. Hey there’s a joke there I remember about a horse that didn’t look to good. Sometimes you just want to slap him but hey it’s his life, you can lead a horse to water but.

Tell him it's a 15-20 minute procedure and totally painless and you get some cookies afterwards lol. Even at 89 he has a lot of living left so why not see it clearly

Might as well talk to a brick wall. The older they get the more cantankerous they get

I love dills.

Just had our visit by the coyote looking for breakfast. Across the backyard and jumps into our box trailer and over the fence he goes. Almost a daily event now

I love dills.
ill take the bread and butter ones

on a side note, i did some work on the plow truck yesterday
i added a rear plow to clean up the windrows while i back up

i mounted the pump under the bed and needed to figure out how to get the controll wire into the cab
i had bought a few water tight strain relief doohickeys to feed it through the cab

then when i got under there, the cab corners were so rotted, i didnt even need to drill a hole to install the bushing, that was nice

Morning guys and Happy Turdsday.
Got rid of a lawnmower yesterday. My friend found it on the side of the road and of course it wouldn't start.
This thing must have gone through hell and back again.
The air filter was packed solid with grass for one thing, original spark plug etc etc.
I pulled the carb and have never seen one so bad.
Anyway, long story short it's now running excellent and he was happy as a pig in ****.
One more to go and I have room back in the garage once again.
Not much left of Aug. I'm afraid. I love Spring, Summer and Fall but hate Winter. The good thing about being retired is if the weather is bad I just stay home.
Have a great day.

one of my friends asked me to look at a riding mower the other day
she said it will not turn over
i said where is it?

its in reverse

BAM
problem solved

Yesterday I had a guy in my garage as he wanted to see my car.
He asked me is it for sale and how much. I said no it's not for sale so he said well if it was how much would I want.
I thought I'd throw a good number at him and said 50,000. To my surprise he said if you're serious I'll go get the money right now.
I told him no I'm not ready to sell it yet. He was dead serious though.

Been a rain day today with the odd sunny breaks and supposedly a big storm coming tonight.
The weather still looks great for the Autofest weekend though 25 Sat and 28 Sunday.
