Morning guys and Happy Friday.
We have the start of the car show this weekend.
They close off the entire downtown section and bring the cars in. They have a live band right at the four corners and of course all the coffee shops and restaurants are open and do amazing business as the place is usually crawling with spectators.
Tomorrow and Sunday will be the big event. We have a large park down at the lake and it gets literally packed with cars and venders etc. It make for a great weekend. I always go to the park near 4pm on the Sunday and sit with my friend who is part of the car club that puts this on. I get to see and hear all these lovely cars coming out with the headers open and of course they'll lay some 11's but the cops just look the other way. All proceeds got to a school here in town that has kids with special needs so it's a great cause.
