Morning guys and happy Saturday.
Missed going downtown last night to the car show. Had friends drop in and they didn't leave till late and had to have supper yet.
But today is the big show and won't miss this one for sure.
I'll take pictures of course.

Hi guys and what a fantastic day it was. There is a huge turnout and I can almost guarantee it'll be bigger tomorrow.
Some absolutely gorgeous cars and trucks and here is my favorite. I'd love it and would love to own it.
Chrysler built 5 Dodge and 5 Plymouth and then sold them. Be like hens teeth to find an original one.

I was kinda planning to go to a show in a town about 30 miles east today, but unfortunately I got sidetracked with some yardwork and never made it. :(
 
Morning guys and another stela day ahead. A bit warmer that yesterday.
I'll be going to where the car show is today around 3pm and sit with my buddy who is one of the event organizers. I sit with him at the gate and watch the cars come out. They usually have their headers open and do a bit of a smoke show but the cops just look the other way. They probably love it too.

That red 50 Murc belongs one of the Motor City Car Club members (they put the car show on).
He has had that car for years and has been painted so many colours. Some years it had flames and some not. Once a year he has to replace the sidepipes but this year he had to replace the motor as it was just worn out. He drives it everywhere just like a car should be driven.
This year he left the pipes off and ran a full length exhaust.
 
So this video of SRV should wake you up this morning. So sad we lost such a talent to a helicopter crash. That's one thing I will not ride in. They don't glide worth a dam. Just straight down.
 
Morning guys and Happy Monday. The last Monday of this month and nearing the end of Summer. Depressing isn't it?
Yesterday afternoon I went down to the car show around 3pm and sat with my buddy watching the cars come out of the park. This is the best part in my books.
This Cadillac belongs to a friend and shown at SEMA.
It has a 440 six pack.
Then there was this gorgeous Deuce with a Hemi aboard. Looked like a new build.

Morning well som jackass started a wild fire near us on the weekend it’s already 5 hectares and growing .grrrrrr
 
Ok home from first and second job :rolleyes: Wild fire is holding at 10 hectares not under control but holding , supposed to be sunny and hot all week but our rainy season usually starts in a couple weeks . Stay safe ttyl .
