Making Easter soup tomorrow morning, it requires fresh horseradish. FIL has a patch growing beside basement wall and chimney never freezes there, dug out a bunch. One root for the soup and decided to make prepared horseradish for myself. Got food processor out, cleaned and chopped up radish. Well you think onions make your eyes water that **** takes your breath away, nose leaking, eyes burning. Lmao. Just a warning if you do this BE CAREFUL!!!! Dangerous ****.

Me as well store bought has no power compared to fresh ground from my limited experience just be careful grinding it, the longer you wait to add vinegar the hotter it will be

I hear it’s very aggressive. My neighbor grows it in a 5 gallon bucket.
Good choice, in a patch by the house with healthy grass around it doesn’t spread but I wouldn’t put it in the garden. Grows wild around here as well not to hard to find a patch

Think like Charlie's neighbor I'd better keep it in a bucket or something separate.
Didn't know it grew wild around here.

Morning men raining cats and dogs here , very rare to have the gutters over flow but it’s happening, not to cold around 7c or 44f . You all have a fantastic weekend and happy Easter everyone.

Would hail insurance cover the dents from dogs and cats also, probably a lot of damage out your way

We have the derby car almost ready to start and move itself again. It should be ready with a few hours of work today. I also have to fix a fence post that broke off for the chicken fence. It is railroad tie and is good above ground so I will dig a hole and we should be good again.
