Morning Guys. Hope everyone survived Saturday. We got some heavy rain for maybe 15 minutes but then it got really muggy.
Just saw your speedo and tach Fred. My car has 3:23 and turns 3200 at 60mph (according to my GPS) I do have those low profile tires on it so that probably accounts for it. Plus it rides like a truck. You feel every pebble you hit but launches good.

I hardly ever go over 65 mph, but sometimes it feels good to bottom the speedometer out, but never for a long time and always on a good straight road with nobody around.
Yep mine rides like a truck to and when I get passed 70 mph I always keep my eye on the rear view mirror to see what parts are falling off.
I use the gps also and seems to be accurate.

You to Biff. I'm working around the yard today and is gonna be warm here also so gonna clean house when it gets to hot outside.
 
Went to another car show today at the local Mopar dealer. It was a great turnout included all makes. I was lucky enough to win the prize for best paint and my buddy got runner up for his 65 GTO.

The beige 64 2dr Plymouth has a 451 and used to be a 4 dr. The guy that did the work is a genius and does beautiful work. My friends 31 Model A 2 tone with the white whites took Best car. He bought it many years ago for 300 bucks and as he said it was pretty rough but to look at it now it's dead straight and the paint is second to none.

Interesting to see the Hellcat Demon The guy that owns that I would think also Owens the car lot.
Doesn't surprise me that you got first place on your paint job Mark your car is a # 10.

Was thinking about going shooting next weekend Sure wish you were here I need a shooting buddy.
I bought a .22 2 years ago and haven't shot it yet and my reloading bench is full of dust haven't used it ether.

Was nice living on the farm would go sit on a chair in the summer with a cold beer and and wait for something to shoot at. We had a lot of what we call pocket gofers that made a mess of holes in the yard and they were fun to shoot. And when the farmers tilled the soil in the early spring I would sit and wait for a rabbit to show up and wouldn't shoot it right away I would shoot in front of it and make it turn and keep doing that till it was so tired it just stopped.
I have a AR15 that I haven't shot yet with 4,000 round of ammo come on over.

I don't remember witch one of you guys posted a picture of the guy with the toilet seat but I liked it and got me one.
My boy likes it because if I annoy him to much he said he could close the lid and flush me.
 
It's never been used, couldn't get myself to try on a used one on.
Using it for camping for ***** and giggles.
