Morning Mark. We had a nasty thunder storm last night and decided not to take a morning walk. The roads here in town are all gravel so would be a little muddy.
Morning Fred....no rain here at all just heavy dew in the mornings. I noticed your dirt roads when you sent me the video of you taking the A for a drive. Hard to keep the cars clean isn't it. Have a good one buddy
Yes it is Mark dust all the time, not to much traffic going by me maybe 3 or 4 cars a day.
I moved here about 3 years ago from the farm because taxes are low and and very few kids running around. Very quiet here.
Sounds like a good place to live. Our neighbourhood is very quiet considering it's near the downtown area. We have a new neighbour that both he and his son's drive loud Harleys and the son has a Chev truck that is really loud and now the father just bought a 73-74 Charger with a loud exhaust. The son is our 5:05 am alarm clock. I'm usually up at that time but the bride is still fast asleep or trying to be. So far, we don't have too many break-ins so makes for a good neighbourhood.
Never had any problems with break ins yet. I only lock my house when we leave for more than a couple days and leave my keys in the car all night even if I leave it outside.
But was talking to my son about that and we decided that we should start locking things up around here more.
We all used to be able to that but there are too many low life out there these days to be able to do that. Unfortunately a lot of shootings and stabbings going on around this area. A stabbing last night not very far from us. The guy will survive fortunately but there was also a guy (29) shot dead not far from us as well. Need to get these punks off the street.
The small town that I work in called Cando is starting to get a few gang members and the guys that take care of maintenance for the town recently found needles in the storm drains.
Every one knows every one around here so we all know who is doing all the crap in town and hoping that it gets taken care of soon.
Last year we had some transvestites. I think that's what you call them, men that dress up like women anyway. we ran them out of town after about 3 mounts.
I can't figure out how anyone would want to be in a gang going around causing problems and killing others.
