FWIW, I have eaten more Dinty Moore canned chili in the military than I can remember. I used to keep some crackers and chili/stew in my helmet bag all the time. Saved being hungry alot! Tabasco too!

Been out of the house since 6am today.

Took my grandaughter to school, dropped my puppy off at the Vet (Neuter) and went to Wal-Mart to spend $207.37 on things to flush down the toilet. Now isn't that a shitty deal?

Bought all the stuff, our part, of Thanksgiving dinner. Fried turkey is expensive when it's $30 for the oil and then it must be disposed of. I wish it would work in my 2500 Ram!

My Nurse daughter told us we were going to eat healthier this year and not have a ham. What a joke! Butter in stuffing, butter in potatoes, butter in just about everything. I'm not complaining though!

Its good to here about families getting together for celebration. I slowly watch as my family has less and less gatherings. No one has even mentioned thanksgiving around here. I reckon I am the Patriarch of this family. That position just means damage control any more.
Any way, no downer here. We are all healthy and mostly happy.
My wife works retail so this time of year can really be tough on her. I think it should be mandatory for people to work at a retail position for at least one month. They sure would treat these people better if the walked in their shoes a little.
Off to the grind stone. HAPPY FRIDAY!

The turkey cooking oil should work in your diesel just fine Jeff as long as you get all the turkey leftovers out. Ran many diesels on cooking oil it smells like french fries out the exhaust. I gave my son an old Mercedes 300 diesel car and he ran it for about 5 months before he wrecked it, on used engine oil that he didn't filter just dumped it in the tank. It didn't like to idle and ran hot but worked just fine.
Ran crude oil in my scamp and it liked it real good, No fouling plugs even.
Yes did check everything out before I used alternative fuel.
