Here's my 91 RC, I bought it new in 1990. All ways thought I should have waited year, and got the magnum engine. Oh well, hind sight.
I just gave it to my oldest son, he's changing it over to a Cummins.

1978 Dodge D100

Bought her back in January 1979 for reliable transportation to get back and forth to work. Had it for a long time, sold it around 1999 as it was just sitting in the shed. To my surprise it showed up at Mopars in the Park in Farmington MN 15 years later.

As it turns out the owner's of R/T Garage in Bell Plain MN had owned it and took very good care of it. The guy's wife used it as her main driver for many years.

I was out of the area at the time and one of my friends texted me this 2nd picture here of it sitting at Mopars in the Park. I about fell over to see it figuring it would have turned to junk after this much time, but not !

Turns out it was in just in as nice of shape as the day I sold it, not one rust bubble through the body anywhere and the paint job was still shinning nice. Since it was on display at Mopars in the Park that year it sold at the show . . and on to the next person.

Had a lot of fun and a lot of good memories with that truck . . .

1976 D100

Always have liked the trucks, had to get back into another one a few years ago. 43,000 miles, slant 6, 3 spd, nice clean body. Came out of North Dakota where the guy's father was old enough that he did not drive it into town, it stayed on the farm doing odds and ends with it, that's why it has such a clean body.

Swapping it over to a 1976 360 V8 with 727 auto and dual exhaust, just about finished with it. Had it fired up, running nice. Sealing up the body real well as I am going through it to preserve it for many, many years to come.

Did a nostalgic picture of it to replicate "Back in the Day" with the antique 60's Wheel Horse lawn tractor in the back.

"Back in the Day" advertisement for the Dodge Trucks, the right color too. Lol . .

Cleaning up and sealing up parts.

76 low mile Warranty Block engine, freshened up the set of heads that came with it. Came out of a 76 W200 that was sitting for 20 years, surprising zero ridge in the cylinders. Correct year for the truck, runs nice.

Correct 76 year 727 trans, out of a 76 D100 2 wheel drive parts truck.

If anyone has a clean '39 to '47 cab for sale close.....

Or even a clean '72-'80 cab for that matter...

Here's my 2007 Mega Cab 4x4. I am on the hunt for a 69 D100 for my next project. Want to make a street rod pickup out of a 69.

Super Nice !
I understand bodywork very well myself, and that is no easy task. You should be proud of your son picking up the ball and running with it.

Looks just Great . . .
