not much progress, still in oil p[an hell - the Kevko pan arrived and is a good quality pan, mine however had the baffle installed in the wrong location and hits the damn pickup tube, dead in the water again. I got back on cleaning the rusty rear I have been dreading, Im over cleaning and painting at this point but realized today I still need to clean up all the u bolts and hardware to mount the rear. Thie final deal for it is I let the rust stripper dry and can't get it off now, called it quits after that, gonna think some more on it.
So I could feel good about getting something done I mounted my new driver side mirror, had to drill one hole and mounted with ease.
Since I am anxious to get done so I can hear this thing run decided to crank the Mustang and listen to it for a bit, I have a few things left to clean up and adjust but its next effort will be body and paint, sort of why I have the Dart so it will keep me occupied, figured about two years to get that done at the rate I work these days, and I hate sanding, luckily no rust and only a few small dents, pretty stout built 351w, very tight in the 66 engine bay
