Well I think I just solved the mystery of the leaky brakes! Apparently brake lines require a double flare. I only did a single. Oops guess I should have read more about that before I did them! Lol its weird tho because I have repaired alot of broken rusty brake lines with a single flare and never had one leak. Got brand new stuff of course its gonna leak!! Right? Haha
 
Lol. I cheated and bought the pre bent ones from inline tube. I make hydraulic lines for a living, don’t really wanna mess with it at home.

Went back out and opened the wiring up. I think it may be long enough now. We shall see. I have a few connections on that side I have no idea where they go im looking at the wiring diagram and im not seeing them. Its the light blue and white? I know where the rest go.

So, the plan is to back the pick up against the steps, then use the crane to lift the engine off the deck, and move the truck to the front of the Dart, which will be on the ramps. Got it. Be safe bud, that's super sketchy.
 
Quick update while im taking a break well things aren't going as planned lol I can't get the truck back far enough to reach the enough my Reese hitch is hiting a step i only lack about an inch of clearing it and then I could go back 10 more inchs I aired up the tires trying to gain another inch didn't work so now the plan is to extend the deck with cinder blocks so I can roll the engine closer to the hoist. Oh yea and I busted a brake line in my truck go figure out of all the days today had to be the day. Pics coming soon.

So I think I'm gonna try and put a block of wood under the driver's side tire on my truck to get that side up more so I can clear that step let's try it and see

I think I'm gonna make me a intake plate and just weld a hook on it the strap is letting is swing to much
 
Got it done im gonna let it cool and bolt it on. It's getting late now it will be dark soon I really don't want to leave my engine outside overnight but there is no turning back now

Got the transmission mounted didn't really think this one thru but I managed to make it work can't say I'm not creative.
