My lower back is junk

My back is actually pretty decent once again, about a month ago I complained to him that I did n't think he was trying hard enough. well that did it, he went nuts on me and I left kind of sore, didn't clear up immediately. I thought I was going to have to find another location to visit. Went to a massage place ( no happy ending ) and laid on heat pad for a few days, boom all good again ..

Yea !

But, no **** caught covid again and the last 12 days have been rough . might be able to leave house for a bit to go store to buy some stuff today
 
I've been seeing the chiropractor for about 2 months now because I screwed myself up really good from sneezing in bed .
Chiropractor doc said it's all messed up, some scoliosis, stuff going in where out is better my neck is straight, stuff going left and right and not supposed to be left leg was 1/2 inch shorter.
( He used doctor talk, I don't understand)
Anyways he's got me standing upright and back to 6 foot 2.
I was almost turning into my old knuckle dragging grandfather, God rest his soul.
