yea i tend to agree, but you have to look at the large picture. there are alot of members on here that are not strictly mopar, yet enjoy a wide range of cars. i love the awd turbo eclipses, and if i seen one on here for sale, i would be all over it.. ( not a riced one)
but, i do think there should be a post count minimum first. but who am i to say, as it would not pertain to me!

+1 here. I also fall into that catagory. I like many makes and models. 87 Grand National, yeah, I'd take one of those.
I voted to keep the category. It is posted as "non Mopar vehicles for sale" if you do not care to look, don't click on that link..... Simple.

I'll say this again.

DOES THE NON-MOPAR SALE FORUM HURT YOU IN ANY DIRECT WAY?

No? Then what is the problem?

DOES THE NON-MOPAR SALE FORUM HURT THIS FORUM IN ANY DIRECT WAY?

No? Then what is the problem?

DO YOU HAVE TO GO INTO THE NON-MOPAR SALE FORUM FOR ANY REASON?

No? Then what is the problem?

So far I've yet to actually see a valid reason for getting rid of it. Just a bunch of whining :D
bingo

/thread.

Well Crap!!! I guess I can't put my Studebaker stuff on here.

I think my first or second post on this site was a "for sale" ad. Flippin around the net one night, trying to find a buyer for a console, I ended up here. Everyone was so supportive of me, and welcomed my ad, that I never left(for good or bad)

I'd hate to see us prejudice someone new because they want to sell something. I say, welcome everyone .
As for the pole, I'm on the fence, but see no harm in it.

I think the biggest issue is the regular visters come here to discuss A-bodies and come back regularly.SOME of the for sale guys just post and leave just hopeing to send more ppl to there link. This costs FABO money is storage and bandwidth. So the fly by night guys are just abusing the system that was set up for the locals to barder there stuff.

Bingo. At least when it is for Mopar related things it isn't that bad but when when FABO is just another dumping place for a link to eBay or Craigslist non-Mopar items it becomes a little much.

I'll say this again.

Very well put !!!!!

Maybe it could be done like the political thread so it won't keep popping up on the top of "Todays Posts" and those that have no interest won't see it.

Hey,
I'm relatively new here (year and a half), I don't make tons of posts...
I like having the ability to be able to post nonMopar stuff as well as Mopar (though I haven't). I have considered placing some nonMopar stuff here such as motorcycles and fine quality bicycles in "that" section...
We all need to makes ends meet somehow, and sometimes have "non related" items we need to put out there, why not offer them here first, to "our" community? Oftentimes it's to buy more Mopar stuff!
Don't like it? Don't go there...

Oh, and as for bikes and the NHRA, as far as I can tell there have been bikes drag racing as long as there has been drag racing... Maybe that poster would like another less class at big events? ***** about the NHRA here? Start a different thread...
