My Plymouth Scamp on September 24th 2010 at Route 66 Dragstrip Friday night test and tune. The last time I drove my car. No burnout line lock not holding and foot braking it off the line. 540ci. single 4-barrel naturally aspirated.

Since we are putting up video :) Here is our Barracuda at Street Car Supernationals 8. We qualified #7 in the naturally aspirated class. had some issues with the car after a big wheelie Sat night but tried to represent on Sunday in eliminations. We made it a couple of rounds to the quarters anyway. Not bad for a 3400lb car in 4000' of air taking the long way :)

That is a beautiful car for sure. If I could sell this small tire car I would be all over that. Wish it was for sale a year ago, unless you want to trade for a small tire headsup car :) I will spread the word for ya though. Once again wish I could make it mine.

We did finally find our problem we had been chasing all summer long. It was a bad coil..So Sunday morning was a crapshoot for eliminations. We had to go back to square one on the tune up and were still lean in that video which was round two. Oh well we were eliminated by the best pass in the class all weekend. Had him by a ton on the tree too..Oh well if no one buys the car or motor we will be back at it this year likely. If someone does maybe I will give you a call. So if ya know of anyone looking for a heads up or fast small tire car let me know...

I will,
I didnt realized who you were, I called you a few yrs ago to talk about your paint job. I was onto something similar only reversed. As you see I went with Black! Deep mirror like black and just about as perfect as can be. Until the ex scratched the hood scoop:-(

Plan on it man. Also, I got a buddy with has a Sick Twin Turbo 70 Cuda that is going and his car will be far more capable of winning than mine. I'm just a tad too stock, chassis wise, compared to most others in the class. that makes me a little heavier than I want to be. But I plan on making up that gap with the power this monster is making. Best believe I'm going to lay it all on the track when it comes time too...

Well my Dart hasn't gone fast enough yet but my 67Nova s/g car went 6.18 at part throttle a week ago Sat. at Lakeland braking it in. that figures out to 9.71, it should go 5.60 I hope. motor is a 331 sbc tunnel ram alc. injected.
