post your 9second and quicker combo's here!

this is a buds hotrod which has been to track a few times but no real pass as of yet. I had the opportunity to help him with it, checking the bearings and install a new oil pump.
I reckon 9's would be easy to do.

Yea rob , calm the F-bomb down!

Guys, your 100% right. I didn't mean to come off as I did.
Smokindust knows me personally. We talk often on the commute home from the city. While the printed words are rougher than need be, this is so an issue with what I'm thinking and how in my head I'm delivering the message gets completely twisted in delivery as read.

YES! I looked right past TQfish's age!

Young man, I want to publicly say, not only am I sorry I came off like a big crap slammed on the floor stinking up the place, but also that I am truly sorry for being a jerk that I never intended to be.

In person, I'm very personable and friendly with a light easy going way about myself. The words above reflect poorly on myself and we're not intended be hurtful to you, but they were. I'm really sorry.

Please accept my apology.

Rob

My 69 Dart had a 500" low deck with 440-1 heads, 706/661 lift roller, Indy single plane 4500 intake, and a 1050 Dominator. Headers were 2" Proparts underchassis, flat-top pistons, Harland Sharp 1.5 roller rockers, Mezeire elec water pump. 727 trans with 8" ATI converter, Dana with 4.30 gears, 29x10.5 Phoenix slicks, had drag radials for the street. Car had a carpeted interior with stock dash, I drove it to all the local car shows on pump gas, it would run 9.90's all day with a best of 9.82 at 136 footbraking and through the exhaust. It weighed 3200 with me in it. Very fun car that I would like to buy back!
