Post your wheel and tire combos.

ok what BS will that 15x10 wheel need?

With a relocate kit and a Abody 8.75 you are looking at 7.5bs. There may be something more ideal. That is what I used. I would measure for your final purchase. Each car is different. and when you are really trying to makes the most of that space you want to measure. Also, the BS and wheels available now compared to a decade ago has changed dramatically. My new rims are 11.27" wide with 3.5 backspacing. That simply wasn't around when I built my first dart.

When i did a mini tub on my 77 camaro, i special ordered a set of 15x12 centerlines with a 7-1/4" BS and was able to fit a 31x16.5x15 ET street in the wheelwell. Thank you for all the input.

Figured I would post in here before I start a new thread.

But I've got a 67 Dart GT and was curious if I can stuff a 18x8 or 18x7 with maybe a 35 or 40 series tire on my car? I'm wanting to put the absolute biggest wheel without doing a mini tub or front suspension modification!!! Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

yes, you can.

And a great alternative to a mini tub is offset shackles.

a sportsman pro 26x10.50 will fit with the offset shackles. Use that as your guide for the rear.

REAR: 255/60/R15, BS 4.25(?)

I don't see getting any bigger.
I have the air shocks up as far as it takes to keep them from rubbing (and of course they still do on occasion). I would like to put a set of slicks on the back (keeping the S/S rims), any idea as to the max size to keep them under the wheel wells? I can get a good deal on a set of GY in 26.5x10x15......what do you all think about that size? Like to keep them tucked inside the wheel wells and let the shocks down some.

FRONT: 235/60/R15, I am assuming the BS is 4.25 on all 4. They rub on the right front a little sometimes.

Looks like many of you are running a 275/60 /15 on a Duster with no mods, this is great news as I'm building a 72 Duster right now. I'm used to the Scamp and Darts that have less room for tires.
The Darts also look best when the tire is tucked inside the rear quarter lip but I'm noticing in all these photos that the Dusters really look good with big meats out to the edge of the quarter.
I don't want it to rub though if there's 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the car.

Hmmm, looks familiar. Mine is a 69 Dart with a 15x7...4.5" backspace.
