About 61 1/2 inches for the Lincoln rear. I used it because it was cheap ($200) has a 3:27 traction loc dif, disc brakes, and the axles are the same width (centered dif). An Explorer 8.8 rear is only 59 1/2 inches and would fit better with stock wheels, but the dif is off-center.

Great info, thanks! One of these days, I've got to bite the bullet and change out my 65-67 B-body rear, build one the width I need, or pony up for some custom wheels that will use the wheel wells properly. I don't know how much of a pain it will be to use an offset rear, so it's good to know the Lincoln is centered.

Thanks again!

Clair

Need to take a piece of white chalk and print "Daddy" between Hoosier. That way when to car rolls slow, it says "Who's your Daddy?"

I've been eyeballing those wheels pretty hard...Do you have another shot - a pure side view (straight on the side, rather than a front quartering view)?

Thanks!

John

Went with Coy's C57's. 18x8 rear and 17x8 frt. both with 4.5 backspace. 235/40/18 and 215/40/17 all stock suspension. Switched the front to 225/45/17 to balance it out. still no problem with fitment.

you being in NJ,, probably know raider wheels are back being made in NJ,, not sure if they offer this rim your looking for,,,but you could get the single rib or tri rib and mill the rib off and re polish,,,,rocket also has a single rib spoke wheel it may be cheaper looks the same
