Based on all the love the Ede/Carter carbs are getting on “that” thread....... sounds like you need to get an eBay special and plop one of those on your motor.

That's interesting. Just looked at the LM2 specs and it states 2 amps for a single channel unit. I assume that includes the power to the LSU WBO2. 3 amps would be safe.I was trying to decide how big of a inline fuse to us. And was amazed that the o2 heater only took 3 amps.
Who selects the wire colors for these things?Been in my new house a couple of week and the Crazy.....a........is a little less crazy
So i had a minute to order the Tachometer Noise filter.

You might not be able to get the fuel ring much tighter than that on pump gas. The green on the plug means something...I forget what. I’ll get the link to what shrinker wrote on plug reading and post it here so you can read through it.
Just remember...if you are driving this car on the street (I think you do, I just don’t remember for sure) and you are using a power valve, dropping the primary main jet to clean up WOT may make you lean at a cruise. Of course, the opposite is true...adding primary main jet to clean up a lean WOT can make you fat at a cruise.
I mention that because it happens all the time. If you get to that point of being either lean or rich at cruise, you can correct the primary main jet and then change the power valve channel restricters to get your WOT back in shape.
Here is the link. He gets into what the green means. I should remember it...but ya know...getting old and stuff.

Edit: I forgot to mention that you are doing it correctly in that you are jetting for best MPH. When you get to the point the MPH goes backwards, jet back up a skosh, and maybe add a bit of fuel so when you get out of nose bleed DA’s, you’ll be a bit safer then look at the fuel ring, and that’s where you want it to be for the fuel you are using.
Well lets put it this way.Good to hear! Looking forward to your findings.
On a side note about the garage...how much did the price increase from your first quote and does the company have enough workers to finish it?
Met a builder yesterday at a friends garage; he says he cannot get people to work and prices are outta site for materials...if and when you can get them.
Understandable. No big deal. After setting TPS to read 100% it got bumped and now 65% = 100%
I don't understand why this is happening, especially the low end.RPM is sometimes not accurate at lower rpm, AND when i hit the rev limiter.
H'mm. IDK.I almost feel like i need to jet it back up a couple jet sizes and then lean out the HS air bleed.(go bigger)
Sounds like you have a handle on it.I forgot to add that the tps bounce, at the beginning is because it stumble off the line and i had to release the throttle and stab it again to to keep it from die. I fix that problem later on in the day with a Cam Squirt position change.
Below 2000 rpm it don't read or reads inconsistently. There is some adj in side the :LM-2 that i can change as well as the pot that i can adj. just have given a **** about it, with all my focuse on the o2 reading accurate.
Will have to spend some time on that now.
It's been a while, and haven't calibrated my sensors or took any data worth sharing.
But my garage is complete. Will be a while before i can afford to get it powered up. but it is nice to finally have a garage again.
Going to do some epoxy paint on the floor before i start moving every thing from my storage unit to my Garage.

My last garage was a lot bigger then this one, but what i hated was that i had to remove the camper off the back of my truck to pull it in the garage. This time it will clear with a foot to spare. That looks really nice, man. Why the super tall door? Just cause? I like it.
Jesus, how big is your camper!!My last garage was a lot bigger then this one, but what i hated was that i had to remove the camper off the back of my truck to pull it in the garage. This time it will clear with a foot to spare.
One 14' door and one 10' door.
