Well, the sun is out here!!!
The fog and dew are still here but the sun is out, not a cloud in the sky. The fog should burn off in an hour or so. Everything is still too damp to get tape to stick. But it aint too damp to finish wet sanding! Gotta Go!!!

I'm beat.
Wet block sanded whole car again.
masked primed painted done at 7PM!
I'm too old for this stuff.
Plenty O dirt and bugs.
Only 2 maple leaves hit and I got em before they stuck!!
Between color coats I got my tweezers and performed quality control.
That's right, plucking gnats from the paint with tweezers...Don't get no better than that thar!!!:violent1:
I would be set with a paint booth........

Took Lex for a ride this AM to drop Mom at work. He must have thought we were picking up Vin.
He wierded out when we left Mom's work with no Vinny.
When we got back he was in the car for a few hours before I had to push him out of the car from behind!!

I tried to get a close up but like Fern, the paint is deep in design and the Nikon has a hard time deciding what and where to focus on the paint!
Here is a couple I took in the garage a bit ago when I was taking mask off. See the micro flakes?
It was pretty cool. I mixed in 10 pop cycle stick ends (Using pop stick like a spoon 1" full) of the micro flakes in the last half gallon. Then when I was mixing a gun full with reducer and hardener I would dump another pop stick full in the mix foir the gun!!
Moving in the sun or under street lights at night it will look like a ranger bass boat!! YEEEEE HAWWWWWWW!!!!!:cheers:
You guys are very kind giving an old man who can't see compliments on a crappy cheap *** down and dirty driveway paint job.
You all got me fired up to put as much of the interior that I have back into Lump and get the rest of the trim back on. Next week I'm cutting down front shock bumps to suck in the front bumper.
LMAO!! There was a place on front fender under headlight open above bumper that the mask came loose and did not let paint hit there. I will have to detail gun that spot and one more. This one is like 4" long by 2" wide!! LOL
The other is on drivers sail panel. I got carried away on the non sunny side and ther was a huge run formed. 3" wide by 7" long. That'l buff out LOL
I'll hit them bothe next week with the door jambs.
